You can change your personal details at "setting", "edit" and proceed accordingly. For "Non-Mandatory" details you can change it online. For mandatory details, you must email us the change request at customerservice@rakutentrade.my.
Mandatory personal details:
- Marital Status
- Employment Status
- Occupation
- Designation
- Mailing Address (if different)
- Contact No. (Home)
- Contact No. (Office)
- Contact No. (Office Extension)
- Email Address (Secondary)
- Name of Bank
- Account Number
- Income Evidence (Latest 3 Months)
- Documentary Proof of Mailing Address
Non-mandatory personal details:
- Country of Birth
- Residency
- Race
- Bumiputra Status
- Permanent Address (As per NRIC/ other ID)
You will need to contact your current broker to request for a share transfer out to Rakuten Trade.
