You can apply by logging into your dashboard via website (www.rakutentrade.my/login) or via the iSPEED.my app after your Cash Upfront account is activated. Just click on the tab that says “CONTRA ACCOUNT. OPEN NOW”
Via your dashboard click “Contra Account Open Now” button to register and if you didn’t already during the Cash Upfront account opening process, you will be asked to do a face and document verification on the dashboard in addition to answering additional financial questions. You may do it via iSPEED.my app as well.
No, only individual Contra Accounts are allowed.
