Mr. Pak was born in Beijing, grew up in Hong Kong and completed his higher education in the United States, majoring in finance. With around 20 years experience in securities analysis, Mr. Pak had worked for various China-funded and foreign-funded financial institutions. Mr. Pak was responsible for investment researches on red-chips, aviation, consumer products, infrastructure, small-cap, etc. In addition, Mr. Pak appears regularly in the media of Hong Kong and the Mainland of China on behalf of BOCI, and he is a frequent commentary contributor. Besides, he is a major presenter in client events organised by the Bank of China Group.
